
Cheer Clinic Update: Due to basketball game rescheduling on Saturday, February 15 the cheer clinic drop off will now be at the elementary doors starting off at 9:45 a.m. The clinic is from 10-12. Pick up will also be at the elementary.


School is canceled on Wednesday, February 12 due to predicted inclement weather. This day will be made up on Monday, March 17.


PTO just shared an important save the date! The VIP dance is coming soon!


Mrs. Maiuro did a lesson with puppets named Charlie and Sam for Ms. Amey's kindergarten class. Charlie and Sam helped demonstrate how to be a good friend!


We are so thankful for our school counselors! We are blessed to have Tori Towery, high school, Summer Hagemeier, middle school, and Katelynn Maiuro, elementary, on our staff. This year we were also able to add Drew Peterson to our staff with the support of the Lincoln County Resource Board.


Join us for School Spirit Day on Friday, February 7! Students are encouraged to wear red and white or their favorite Elsberry gear! The Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys are playing the Homecoming game on Friday, February 7 vs. North Calloway at 5:30 p.m. Coronation will held between games.


The Girls on the Run spring season is about to start! Girls in grades third through fifth grade are welcome to attend. Registration is open until February 23.

Our 4th grade students had a great time at Eagle Days last week.











We were so excited to have 29 students join us for our first ever STEM Saturday!
We even had some parents join in on the fun. We cannot wait to take our donations to Operation Backpack. Next month we will have all new activities for students.

Lost and Found is OVERFLOWING!
If your child is missing something PLEASE check our lost and found. All items will be donated after January 30.
Also, labeling items with a student name is super helpful and makes it so much easier to reunite items with the correct owners.

Mrs. Keeven's fourth grade class made a cooperative mural with a famous quote while learning about Martin Luther King Jr.








Students in grades K-5 are invited to join us for the STEM Saturday on January 25. Students can be dropped off at 9 a.m. at the Elementary Doors. Pick up time is 11:30 a.m. at the elementary doors.The admission fee is one box of kid friendly food such as granola bars, pop tarts, snack cakes or you can make a $5 donation. All donations go to Operation Backpack and benefit students in the Elsberry School District. Students will be participating in a variety of activities including robotics, engineering, art, design and more.


Congratulations to Donna Pott for being selected as the ECGA Educator of the Year! Donna Pott has retired but will always be known as the hardest worker you will ever meet.
