
There are two kinds of books: read and missed opportunities.


Carolyn Harman has been a member of the EHS English team for eight years. She hopes kids remember she believes most students are more capable than they give themselves credit for and she wants to help them see that.


The Lincoln County Health Department will be offering an immunization clinic at the Elsberry School District on Wednesday, April 5. The forms are attached to this post. All questions in regards to insurance and eligibility for the clinic need to be directed to the LCHD at 636-528-6117. The deadline to register and return all completed forms to school is Wednesday, March 29.





Mrs. Kim Jones wants to say thank you to the Elsberry community for their support of Orange out the Night. $3,335 was collected for the Lindsey Maguire-Powell family.

NHS students go to visit the Elsberry Health Care Center monthly. In February the students assisted residents with a craft project. Thank you Mrs. Head for planning this service learning experience.

Jodi Dormire has been a member of the EHS English team for 6 years. If she won the lottery she would still sub (ya know, because of the shortage), build a performing arts theater for EHS, invest, and start an animal rescue.

Students 17.5 and older are encouraged to register to vote on Wednesday, February 15 during lunch. Staff from the Lincoln County Clerks office will be present to complete registrations. All you need to register is a valid Missouri I.D. You can also follow the QR code to register online via the Missouri Secretary of State website.


FFA Week is February 13-17


Apparel and Textiles class recently finished sewing their second project, a pair of shorts! Mrs. Jones taught her students how to effectively place a pattern, cut and refine their sewing skills. Check out this fashion show!

Lillian Hassel is a junior at EHS. She has been selected as the January Art Student of the Month. Lillian is the daughter of Jacob and Tabitha Gabel.
